Experience the joy of using pure and natural sandalwood harvested sustainably to ensure we preserve this precious resource for future generations as well. Sandalwood paste is considered sacred and it is used to seek the blessings of the divine during Hindu rituals and ceremonies. The stick has a weight of 40 - 50 gms and the product also has a 6" rubbing stone for preparing sandalwood paste.

Directions for use: To use the sandalwood rubbing stone, a small piece of sandalwood stick is placed in the center of the stone. With the addition of a few drops of water, the sandalwood stick is rubbed against the stone in a circular motion. This process releases the aromatic oils and creates a smooth paste that can be applied to the forehead as a tilak or on idols during rituals and ceremonies.

The Chandan Stick and Stone Set is used to prepare fresh sandalwood paste for daily pooja, tilak, and other devotional rituals. Sprinkle a few drops of clean water on the rubbing stone and gently rub the Chandan stick in a circular motion until a smooth paste forms. Collect the paste and apply as required during pooja or religious ceremonies.

After use, rinse the rubbing stone with clean water and allow it to dry completely. Wipe the Chandan stick gently and store it in a clean, dry place. Keep the stick and stone away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, and heat. Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents on the stone or Chandan stick.
