Eligibility for Refund/Returns/Exchange
You may request a refund/exchange under the following conditions:

- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Additionally, our team will analyse each case and process refunds/returns based on the issue being reported at its sole discretion to ensure that you have a good experience with our products.
Refund will be credited within 3-6 days to the original mode of payments.
